How to request deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to:
company@heyfinni.comPlease use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information
- All financial data and transaction history
- Budget goals and savings plans
- All chat history with Finni AI
- Any preferences and settings
Timeline
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
